Method of production of EPS
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is made from small beads of polystyrene that, after the application of heat or steam, expand and fuse together. The expansion process causes the expanded beads to fuse together into irregular shapes, leaving small spaces or irregular voids between the foam cells.
